Field Technician III - HVAC

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems
