About the role
The Rental Technician I - Power position is responsible for maintaining and operating power equipment used in rental operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate power equipment such as generators, pumps, and other machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of rental equipment for customer use.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address their needs and concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with power equipment and machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills for accessing rental inventory and scheduling.
