Rental Technician- Electrician

Brief Description

Our Rental Technicians are qualified electricians with hands-on experience. They take on the responsibility of ensuring our equipment is always fully operational and ready for any rental at any time. As a Rental Technician, you’d be responsible for the full lifecycle of our rental electrical equipment — from preparation and testing, to maintenance, repair, and return inspection.

• Configure equipment to meet specific customer project requirements
• Perform quality assurance testing and document inspections
• Document inspections and troubleshoot issues
• Support warehouse operations like shipping and receiving
• Help keep the yard and shop organized and professional
• Work beyond regular hours for after-hours calls

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a qualified working electrician (Journeyman or equivalent)
• Commercial and industrial electrical construction, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning to high and low voltage systems
• Able to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, or other visual aids
• Able to locate and correct defects in electrical systems and equipment
• Able to lift/move heavy equipment (100+ lbs.), work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed
