Rental Technician

As a Service Tech, you will provide our guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition
• Perform both tuning and repair services for guests (training provided)
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
• Minimum age: at least 18 years

Pay

Starting wage: $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Schedule

• Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Full-time and part-time hours available
