What You Will Do
- Organize and maintain tool rental departments
- Operating and testing equipment
- Performing minor repairs on equipment as needed
- Completing rental process for all customers providing exceptional customer service to everyone
- Prioritizing daily department workflow
- Maintaining exceptional communication with co-workers and management to assure the accuracy of inventory
- Partnering with vendors regarding part and repair questions
- Working with sales staff to fulfill customer requirements
- Staying up to date and informed on new and current products and services offered at Total Tool
- Aiding in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Mechanical aptitude
- Construction industry previous experience or knowledge preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Highly motivated
- Detail-oriented
- An exceptional work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of times
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
