Rental Sales Agent (Miami InterContinental Hotel)

About the role

At SIXT you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional service while showcasing sales expertise. You will manage the rental fleet, learn everything about our vehicles, and enjoy flexible working hours with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance each interaction.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries with organization and a smile.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and product offerings.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Skills

• Proven sales, upselling, and closing abilities; motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer interaction, preferably in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Flexibility, team‑orientation, and high energy for shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Hourly rate of $16 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
