Rental Sales Agent (Venice Beach)

About the role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers—friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service. You will confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every interaction into a special experience. You will also prepare rental agreements, handle customer inquiries, and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
- Prepare rental agreements and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet and product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Proven sales, upselling, and closing abilities; motivated by targets.
- Experience in direct customer contact (retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality).
- Strong communication skills; articulate in English.
- Team‑oriented, flexible, and energetic for shift work (full‑time or part‑time).

Pay
Hourly rate of $19.25 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses based on performance.
Schedule
