Rental Sales Agent (Downtown Atlanta- Luckie Street)

About the role

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our fleet of vehicles, and take on various tasks at the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you'll learn with us.

Responsibilities

• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

Requirements

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

Hourly rate of $16.50 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.

Schedule

Flexible working hours with shift work including weekends and holidays – available full-time or part-time.
