Rental Sales Agent

About the role

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.

• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

Requirements

• Love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Communicative and articulate in English
• Flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

Earn an hourly rate of $16 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
