Rental Sales Agent

About the role

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service. You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment. You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction. You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings. You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.

• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Prepare rental agreements
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Service-oriented mindset with a track record of building customer relationships
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Pay

Earn an hourly rate of $25 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $172k up to $232k with unlimited earning potential.
