Rental Property Manager

Full-time position managing real estate assets for owner clients in Charlotte and Gastonia, maximizing investment potential and fulfilling the terms of management agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise owners on property improvements and financial viability.
• Monitor market conditions and set appropriate rental rates.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize cash flow.
• Ensure performance of management and lease contracts.
• Communicate regularly with owners regarding property updates.
• Review monthly cash flow statements and disbursements for accuracy.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly; log correspondence.
• Review and approve invoices for payment.
• Maintain trust account funds according to NC & SC guidelines.
• Complete property inspections (move-outs, new properties, Section 8, etc.).
• Coordinate with Maintenance Division for timely make-ready processes.
• Work with Leasing Department to secure tenants and negotiate rents.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Pay

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
