Rental/Loaner Vehicle Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Aid customers with rental reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness before and after rentals
• Process rental agreements and payments accurately
• Provide customers with information about vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle status
• Cook up with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure vehicle availability and quality
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive rental preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental management software is a plus
• Positive attitude and a professional appearance
