Loaner/Rental Agent

About the role

BMW of Ontario is seeking a Loaner/Rental Agent to join their dealership team. This position is part of Penske Automotive Group (PAG), a Fortune 500 company known for its commitment to excellence and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering courteous loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.
• Ensure prompt assistance to customers with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• File documentation with insurance or state/federal agencies, and ensure customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets, and tolls.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
• Maintain inventory to satisfy customer requests.

Pay

$17-$20 per hour.
