About the Role

Mustang Rental Services is actively hiring Rental Equipment Technicians / Mechanics across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions in Lufkin, Texas. This is your opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment in a high-demand, high-reward environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding fleet of rental construction equipment, including diesel-powered machines, aerial lifts, and man lifts.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for customers.

Requirements

• Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued.
• Strong understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program.
• Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment.
• Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
• Welding experience is a plus.
