Riverfront Programs is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage rental agreements, handle tenant inquiries, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage rental agreements and renewals
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations
  • Prepare and maintain lease documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications
