Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
- Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment operational
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic equipment operation and maintenance
- Passing a background check and drug screening

Pay
Salary range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
