Rental Branch Manager

About the role

The Rental Branch Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Alexandria, LA location, working closely with the Rental Operations Manager to grow the rental business.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations to ensure productivity, customer service, and profitability
• Align the business with required operational excellence metrics
• Maintain a high-quality standard and ensure availability of rental assets
• Identify areas for improving the company's competitive position and maximizing profitability
• Aid in the hiring of the rental department personnel

Requirements

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 3 years or more of management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Understanding of construction machinery and the rental industry (highly preferred)
• 2-3 years of heavy equipment rental management experience (highly preferred)
