About the role

The Rental Coordinator will provide exceptional service to customers by helping them choose the right equipment for their needs, act as a liaison with the outside sales department, manage inventory assets, write rental contracts, and follow through on orders from start to finish. This role also includes dispatching rental deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate construction equipment for their needs.
• Act as a liaison between the inside and outside sales departments.
• Manage inventory and asset tracking.
• Write and process rental contracts from start to finish.
• Dispatch rental deliveries and pickups.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
