About the role

The Rent Control Board administers rent regulation and control of evictions in manufactured house communities, as established by Kingston General Bylaws, Chapter 22 (2002 STM, Art. 14; amended 2013 ATM, Art. 29, amended ATM 2014 Art. 36). The five-member board is appointed by the Board of Selectmen for five-year terms.
