Responsibilities
- Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
- Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
- Manage and maintain the store's inventory
- Affix and maintain an attractive and clean showroom
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- When needed, perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
- Manage and secure the assets of the store
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager
Requirements
- Proficient in both sales and account management functions
- Heavy lifting required
- Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
