Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour
• Higher pay for bilingual candidates
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance
• 5-day work week — Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, to support company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer-facing tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
