Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts

About the role

Impact RTO is the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country and is hiring for an entry-level position with on-the-job training. There is a clear path into management for employees who stay with the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Assist in the store as needed, including assembling items and customer-facing tasks
• Collect payments when required
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Occasionally participate in social media and marketing content creation (photos, videos) as requested
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check

Pay

• $15.00 per hour
• Higher pay for bilingual candidates
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance

Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Sundays always off
