Pay & Schedule

$17.00- $20.00 Starting pay per hour/ Higher Pay Based on Experience
Higher pay for Bilingual Candidates
Monthly bonuses based on store performance
5-day work week — Sundays always off

Requirements

  • What You'll Do:
    • This is a driving and customer service job.
    • You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments.
    • You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
    • Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
    • Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
    • Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
    • Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
    • Collect payments at the door when needed
    • Keep the truck clean and organized
    • Help in the store between deliveries
  • What We're Looking For:
    • We're not looking for a résumé, but if you have one, AMAZING!
    • We're looking for someone reliable who shows up, works hard, and treats people right.
    • Must be 18 or older
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
    • Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
    • Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
    • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check
