About the role

Impact RTO is the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, and we're hiring right here in your area. This is an entry-level position — no experience needed. We train you. If you stick with us, there's a clear path into management.

Pay

• $15.00 Per hour
• Higher pay for Bilingual Candidates
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance

• 5-day work week — Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
