Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts

About the role

This is an entry-level position with no experience needed. We provide full training. There is a clear path into management for those who stay with us.

Pay

$15.00 per hour. Higher pay for bilingual candidates. Monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Schedule

5-day work week with Sundays always off. Paid time off, sick days, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, to support company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer-facing tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving experience).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.
