Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts

About the role

This is an entry-level position with Rent-A-Center’s largest franchise. No experience is needed; we provide full training. There is a clear path into management for those who stay with us.

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour (higher pay for bilingual candidates)
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance
• 5-day work week with Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally create social media and marketing content (photos, videos) to support company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Assist in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and customer-facing tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving experience)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional demeanor with customers
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
