Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts

About the role

This is an entry-level position with no experience needed. We provide full training and offer a clear path into management for those who stay with us.

Pay

$15.00 per hour (higher pay for bilingual candidates). Monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Schedule

5-day work week with Sundays always off. Paid time off, sick days, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly
• Occasionally collect payments
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Assist in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and helping customers
• Participate in creating social media and marketing content, such as photos and videos, to support company initiatives

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving experience)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional demeanor with customers
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
