About The Team Mixpanel's Renewals Manager team partners with our most strategic customers to help them turn product data into decisions that drive growth. The Renewals function sits at the heart of our revenue engine—ensuring customers continuously realize value from Mixpanel and that we retain and grow our recurring revenue base.
About The Role
The right candidate brings commercial acumen and customer empathy in equal measure. You'll own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business—from early risk identification through contract close—partnering closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance to protect and expand Mixpanel's recurring revenue. You'll be the primary driver of on-time, on-value renewals in your territory.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned territory, managing quote-to-close with accuracy and urgency.
- Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment, building strategies that protect customer relationships while maximizing contract value.
- Maintain a rolling 90–120-day forecast; analyze renewal data regularly to identify trends, surface risk, and prioritize intervention.
