We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About ClearGov", "Our Core Values", "What Makes You a Great Fit", "About The Opportunity", "Key Responsibilities", "Critical Skills/Experience", "Compensation", "Why Join ClearGov", "Benefits". We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "How To Apply" and "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "About ClearGov"? That's company description; it's substantive? It's about the company, maybe keep as a section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The company description is substantive. Could be a section "About ClearGov". But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples but not strict list; they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if appropriate. But we can also use other headings if they fit? The examples are just examples; we can use other headings as needed, but likely they expect those standard headings. However we have content like "About ClearGov" which is not exactly "About the role". Could we treat as "About the role"? No, that's about the role. Better to use "About ClearGov" as a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to use those headings where applicable. For company description, maybe we can put under "About the role"? Not accurate. Could omit company description? It's substantive but not about role. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep company description. We could put it under a heading like "About ClearGov" using

. That seems fine. Similarly core values: could be a section "Core Values". What Makes You a Great Fit could be "Qualifications" or "Skills". About The Opportunity could be "About the role". Key Responsibilities -> "Responsibilities". Critical Skills/Experience -> "Requirements" or "Skills". Compensation -> "Pay". Why Join ClearGov -> maybe "Benefits"? But we already have Benefits separate. Why Join ClearGov is more about culture/remote work etc. Could be a section "About the role"? Already used. Could be "About ClearGov"? Already used. Could be "Why Join ClearGov" as a heading. Benefits -> "Benefits". We'll follow. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines, application instructions, EEO, etc. Let's extract content. About ClearGov paragraph: "ClearGov is building the modern financial operating layer for the public sector. We help US local governments and school districts plan, budget, report, and communicate their finances with clarity and confidence. From long-term planning to financial reporting, compliance, and transparency, our platform connects the work finance teams are already doing and makes it easier to deliver for their communities. Today, more than 2,000 public sector organizations use ClearGov, and we continue to expand our platform and reach as we grow." Our Core Values: list of values with descriptions. We'll keep as prose or list? Could be list. Use
    • for list. Each value with description. What Makes You a Great Fit: bullet list of traits: "You take ownership and follow throughYou communicate clearly and effectivelyYou're comfortable solving problems and figuring things outYou learn quickly and adapt as things changeYou care about the team, not just your own workYou bring a sense of humor and perspective to what you do". It's currently concatenated without spaces. We need to separate. We'll parse: "You take ownership and follow through", "You communicate clearly and effectively", "You're comfortable solving problems and figuring things out", "You learn quickly and adapt as things change", "You care about the team, not just your own work", "You bring a sense of humor and perspective to what you do". We'll make list. About The Opportunity: paragraph: "ClearGov is seeking an analytical, process-driven Renewals Manager to design, own, and scale our end-to-end renewal operations across all customer segments. This is primarily a strategic and process-focused role dedicated to operationalizing playbooks, driving systems efficiency, and delivering precise retention forecasting. Additionally, you will serve as a customer-facing commercial contact for our SMB and Tech Touch (TT) accounts when needed, leveraging those direct interactions to continually optimize our digital renewal processes for scale." Key Responsibilities: list of items each starting with bold heading. We'll extract each as list item. Responsibilities list: - Predictive Retention & Forecasting: Work with CS Ops to build and own renewal forecasting models, flag early risk indicators, and deliver accurate Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR) projections to leadership. - Process Architecture & Segmentation: Build, standardize, and own the end-to-end renewal operating model across high-touch, mid-touch, and digital customer segments. - Stages & Rules of Engagement: Define explicit lifecycle stages, milestone triggers, and cross-functional ROE between Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, and RevOps. - Salesforce & Systems Optimization: Manage SFDC renewal pipelines, opportunity generation, forecasting workflows, and data integrity to ensure accurate net retention reporting. - AI & Digital Scaling: Implement AI-driven insights, automated messaging, and workflow triggers to efficiently scale renewals for digital/low-touch segments. - Commercial Strategy & Execution: Operationalize renewal pricing strategies, annual uplift models, contract co-terming, and multi-year commitment terms aligned with B2B SaaS best practices. - Cross-Functional Enablement: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train CS teams on commercial conversations, objection handling, and system compliance. Critical Skills/Experience: list with bold headings. - Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. - SaaS Renewal Forecasting: Demonstrated mastery in renewal pipeline forecasting, GRR/NRR modeling, and risk identification in partnership with CS Ops. - Systems Expertise: Deep proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) management, dashboarding, and opportunity workflow design. - Automation & AI: Practical experience using CS platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gong), AI tools, and automation engines to drive digital engagement and operational efficiency. - Commercial Acumen: Clear understanding of SaaS metrics (GRR, NRR), pricing strategies, contracting, and uplift structures. - Process Design: Proven track record of taking complex or ad-hoc workflows and structuring them into clear, repeatable, and scalable operating standards. - Customer-Facing Capability: Comfortable engaging directly with SMB and Tech Touch accounts for commercial renewal discussions and negotiations. Compensation: paragraphs about salary range, variable, etc. We'll keep as prose. Why Join ClearGov: bullet list? Actually it's a list of items: "Remote and flexible work environment", "Meaningful work that impacts communities across the United States", "Collaborative, high-performing team", "Competitive compensation and benefits", "Opportunities to grow as we scale". We'll make list. Benefits: list of benefits items. We must remove "How To Apply", "Equal Opportunity Employer", etc. Now produce HTML. We'll structure:
