  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve customer retention, customer experience, and operational excellence across the Renewals motion.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise software business models and customer retention strategies.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience leveraging customer insights, NPS, and business metrics to influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a Renewals, Customer Success, or Customer Advocacy organization with direct exposure to renewal-cycle dynamics.
  • Track record driving cross-functional alignment (Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance) on shared definitions of customer health, success criteria, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Commercially minded strategic operator with a passion for customer advocacy and execution excellence within the Renewals motion.
  • Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership, engaging directly with enterprise customers, and driving complex cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Comfortable facilitating an Executive Business Review with a Fortune 500 customer, leading a strategic renewals initiative across multiple organizations, analyzing NPS and customer insights to influence executive decisions, or preparing executive presentations for senior leadership.
  • Highly proactive, customer-centric, and execution-focused.
