About You
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ related experience in sales or customer service
- 3+ years of experience working with Excel
It would be great if you also have:
- Salesforce experience, or proficiency with comparable CRM platforms
- Renewals Account Manager experience
- Consultative selling and strategic account management skills
- Prior background in Life Sciences or Healthcare customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to identify opportunities, understand needs, and deliver responsive, solution-oriented support
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales and initiatives
- Execute defined renewal and retention strategies, contributing to broader comprehensive sales plans
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current products, offerings and market trends to support sales effectiveness
- Provide regular and consistent updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership
- Effectively utilize sales tools and systems to manage pipelines and drive successful outcomes
About The Team
The team is responsible for account renewal within the Life Sciences and Healthcare space at Clarivate.
Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position within the continental United States, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
Pay
The expected base salary for this position is $63,200 - $79,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for incentive or bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
