Responsible for overseeing construction projects in the renewable energy sector, including site preparation, equipment installation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams in the execution of renewable energy construction projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to meet project timelines
• Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric systems
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
