Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance teams across Rendering and Hides operations
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, and wastewater systems
- Manage rebuilds, equipment upgrades, capital projects, and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain readiness for audits
- Partner with production and environmental teams to support operational goals and drive performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in rendering, hides, or similar high-load manufacturing/food processing environments
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working in rendering/hides operations highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
