About the role
This Law Group is a growing California workers’ compensation defense firm with a strong roster of employer clients, including Fortune 100 companies, and is actively looking to add talented attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client relationships, and a long-term path toward partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 cases, ensuring no more than 80 cases at any time
- Handle all types of hearings and trials, serving as the first point of contact for client issues
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated Legal Assistant to manage administrative tasks
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
- Travel within the area for in-person trials, primarily in Southern California
- Enter time and approve work completed by legal assistants
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of Workers Compensation defense experience
- MUST BE ABLE TO GO TO TRIAL IN PERSON
- Trial experience is highly preferred
- Barred in California
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients
- Team player who is flexible

Pay
$125,000 – $200,000 / Year DOE+ Uncapped Bonus Potential
