Qualifications
Portfolio demonstrating graphic, visual, communication, presentation, or educational design
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or comparable tools
Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, accessibility, and production skills
Reliable remote collaboration and file management
Responsibilities
Design graphics, layouts, diagrams, worksheets, presentation templates, social assets, and campaign materials
Apply iLevelUP brand standards, typography, color, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy
Design for accessibility, readability, mobile use, and varied literacy levels
Prepare correct file sizes, formats, templates, source files, and exports
Maintain organized asset libraries, licenses, versions, and handoff notes
Collaborate with content, video, social, UX/UI, accessibility, outreach, and program teams
Incorporate feedback and meet project deadlines
Use approved photography, logos, releases, and copyright-safe assets
