About the role

We are seeking a volunteer Feedback Analyst to help us improve our services for underserved youth and young people. This role involves organizing, analyzing, and reporting on user feedback from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate approved feedback from multiple channels into a structured repository
• Clean, categorize, code, and summarize qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Identify recurring needs, pain points, requests, risks, and positive outcomes
• Distinguish frequency, severity, audience, evidence quality, and possible bias
• Create dashboards, summaries, and actionable recommendations
• Connect findings with product, content, accessibility, support, and program teams
• Track whether changes address the underlying feedback
• Protect participant privacy and avoid presenting individual comments out of context

Qualifications

• Experience in research, analytics, customer insights, product operations, program evaluation, support, or data analysis
• Strong synthesis, organization, writing, and evidence-based judgment
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, survey tools, qualitative coding, dashboards, or CRM/help-desk data
• Commitment to privacy, accessibility, respectful language, and youth-centered interpretation

Education technology or nonprofit experience is helpful

This is a remote, recurring volunteer role open worldwide. Expect approximately 4–8 hours per month.
