About the role
As a Remote Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel packages including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop customized travel plans that meet those requirements.

- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and meet legal and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in travel planning or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with travel booking systems and software
- Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
