About the role

We are seeking a Vacation Planner to join our fully remote team in Washington. This role will utilize AI tools to support aspects of the hiring process, including reviewing applications and analyzing resumes, but final decisions are made by humans.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools to review and analyze vacation planning applications and resumes.
  • Support the recruitment team in identifying candidates who meet the requirements for the position.
  • Assist in assessing responses and verifying candidate information using AI-based analysis.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data from AI analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the recruitment team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
