This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities
- Review oncology medication requests against NCCN guidelines and payer policies
- Support prior authorization workflows by identifying clinical rationale and documentation gaps
- Translate clinical criteria into practical pathways and checklists for medication review
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align EHR builds and operational processes
- Stay updated on changes to medical policies and utilization management requirements
- Escalate complex cases with recommendations to leadership and clinical stakeholders
- Engage in process improvement and quality monitoring for medication utilization
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience in oncology pharmacy within clinical, managed care, or related settings
- Proficient in interpreting payer medical policies and oncology treatment guidelines
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics including chemotherapy and immunotherapy

Pay
$144,000 – $170,000 annually
