REMOTE Utilization Management Pharmacist, Oncology

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review oncology medication requests against NCCN guidelines and payer policies
• Support prior authorization workflows by identifying clinical rationale and documentation gaps
• Translate clinical criteria into practical pathways and checklists for medication review
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align EHR builds and operational processes
• Stay updated on changes to medical policies and utilization management requirements
• Escalate complex cases with recommendations to leadership and clinical stakeholders
• Engage in process improvement and quality monitoring for medication utilization

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience in oncology pharmacy within clinical, managed care, or related settings
• Proficient in interpreting payer medical policies and oncology treatment guidelines
• Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics including chemotherapy and immunotherapy

Pay

$144,000 – $170,000 annually
