Remote Technical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow existing key accounts and identify new opportunities for repeatable, consumable-based business.
  • Cook up cross-functional resources to address customer application challenges.
  • Develop and negotiate sales proposals, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Utilize industry insights to execute territory plans promoting products and services.
  • Maintain accurate activity reports using Salesforce and support sales forecasting.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals, employing solution-selling techniques, and understanding competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree and 4+ years of sales experience in life sciences or technical environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% and work remotely.
  • Strong self-management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing large accounts and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 plus uncapped commissions.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and other supplemental coverages.
