Key Responsibilities
- Grow existing key accounts and identify new opportunities for repeatable, consumable-based business.
- Cook up cross-functional resources to address customer application challenges.
- Develop and negotiate sales proposals, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Utilize industry insights to execute territory plans promoting products and services.
- Maintain accurate activity reports using Salesforce and support sales forecasting.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals, employing solution-selling techniques, and understanding competitive positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- College degree and 4+ years of sales experience in life sciences or technical environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to travel at least 50% and work remotely.
- Strong self-management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing large accounts and providing excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 plus uncapped commissions.
