Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, ensuring successful setup and adoption of the platform.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and retention.
- Provide expert guidance on construction scheduling best practices and facilitate training for transitioning users.
- Support pilots and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating platform value.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams.
- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Afford technical troubleshooting and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
- Deep knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction workflows.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate across teams.
- Proven success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
