Remote Technical Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding, ensuring successful setup and adoption of the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on construction scheduling best practices and facilitate training for transitioning users.
  • Support pilots and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating platform value.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Afford technical troubleshooting and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
  • Deep knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
