About the role
The Remote TBI Service Coordinator is responsible for providing support services to individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families. This role involves coordinating care, managing case loads, and ensuring that clients receive necessary resources and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care and manage case loads for individuals with traumatic brain injuries
- Ensure timely and appropriate referrals to community resources
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of community resources and services relevant to TBI
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
