About the role
The Remote TBI Service Coordinator is responsible for providing support to individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families. This role involves coordinating services, managing case loads, and ensuring that clients receive appropriate care and resources.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries
- Manage case loads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (due to travel requirements)
Qualifications
- Experience with trauma-informed care principles
- Knowledge of community resources and service providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
