Remote Tax Accountant or Tax Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Provide advisory support on succession, estate, and retirement planning
• Manage client relationships with a proactive, service-driven approach
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate internal knowledge sharing
• Engage in business development and client acquisition (experienced candidates)
• Stay updated on tax legislation to inform client strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress
• 4–8 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical skills in compliance, research, and planning
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and UltraTax
• Organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to a dynamic environment

Pay

Average salary range is $95,000–$110,000, with potential up to $120,000+ for CPA-qualified candidates with advisory experience.
