Tax Supervisor - Fully Remote

Cloud-Based CPA & Advisory firm Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Compensation & Benefits: $90,000-$110,000 Base + 10% Bonus | Unlimited PTO | Comprehensive Benefits | 401(k) with Profit Sharing A growing, fully remote CPA & Advisory firm is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join its cloud-based tax practice. Experienced Tax Seniors with strong review experience who are ready to take the next step into a supervisory role are also encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys the review side of public accounting and wants to spend less time preparing returns and more time reviewing engagements, advising clients, supporting staff, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Review and manage individual, business, and trust tax returns, including multi-state filings (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, etc.)Provide technical guidance and support to staff throughout the review processBuild and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisorPerform tax research and assist with planning and consulting projectsEnsure engagements are completed accurately and on scheduleCollaborate with a fully remote team in a cloud-based environment Qualifications 4+ years of public accounting tax experienceStrong review experience with Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, Corporation, and Trust returnsExperience with multi-state taxationUltraTax experience is strongly preferredCPA or EA strongly preferred; candidates actively working toward their CPA or EA will also be considered.Excellent communication and client relationship skills What They Offer 100% Fully Remote$90,000-$110,000 Base Salary10% Performance BonusUnlimited PTO401(k) with Profit SharingModern cloud-based technology stackStrong work-life balance and collaborative culture Interested in learning more?
