Remote- Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist

12-month contract with potential for extension. W2 contract; no PTO or benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

About the role

You will join a cross-functional team that includes engineering counterparts and team leads. Strong stakeholder communication is essential to gather project requirements and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital experience strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, engineering, and business teams.
  • Define and optimize web strategy and platform expertise.
  • Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and multichannel approaches, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, and account-based marketing.
  • Deep understanding of emerging digital trends (AI, automation) and their application to marketing and digital experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex digital ecosystems and translate findings into clear, prioritized strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to write compelling strategic communications and present to internal and external audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; design-thinking and prototyping tools are a plus.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a bias toward action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience roles, preferably within global B2B organizations (B2B marketing or B2C digital platform experience preferred over internal systems).
  • Demonstrated expertise in web strategy, CMS platforms, and digital marketing best practices.

Nice-to-have skills

  • IDO design thinking.
  • Structured workshop facilitation experience.
  • Familiarity with property listings platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field plus a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

$80.00 – $90.00/hour.
