Remote Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to secure deals
• Work directly with clients to develop data models, optimize queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and craft production-ready architecture solutions
• Act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process, gathering customer feedback to inform product development
• Create demos, reference architectures, and technical content

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with relational databases at scale
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences

• Experience troubleshooting
• Experience in system design
• Experience in data modeling
• Experience in query optimization
