About the Opportunity

The Remote Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support the organization’s core business operations. This role is essential in advancing the company's software capabilities to enhance service delivery to industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies.
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

A competitive hourly wage of $30 - $65 USD, commensurate with experience.
