Fully Remote Tax Senior - HNW Tax Location: Remote (U.S.) Compensation: Up to $120K base salary + discretionary bonus We are a nationally recognized wealth management firm dedicated to serving HNW & UHNW individuals, families, executives, and business owners. We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving complex tax issues, and delivering exceptional client service. Position Summary The Tax Senior will be responsible for preparing complex individual tax returns, supporting proactive tax planning strategies, and collaborating closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver integrated advice. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong experience in HNW individual taxation who is looking to work in a client-focused advisory environment rather than a traditional public accounting firm. Responsibilities Prepare complex federal and state individual income tax returns (form 1040) for HNW clientsWork alongside Wealth Advisors to identify tax planning opportunities throughout the yearResearch complex tax issues and provide practical planning recommendationsCommunicate directly with clients regarding tax documents, planning opportunities, and IRS or state noticesManage multiple client engagements while consistently meeting deadlines during busy season and throughout the year Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA license or CPA eligibility strongly preferred2+ years of Public Accounting or Wealth Management tax experienceExperience preparing HNW Form 1040 tax returnsAbility to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding client service What We Offer Competitive compensation and annual bonus opportunityFully remote work environmentComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsUnlimited PTO401K with company matchNo tracking of billable hours!
