Senior Tax Associate- Remote

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual income tax returns with varying levels of complexity, along with supporting work-papers
• Review and sign off on complex individual income tax returns prepared by junior team members
• Conduct advanced trainings and assist in developing the training library
• Lead recurring tax meetings with client advisory teams to emphasize current tax initiatives and ensure timely progress and resolution
• Collaborate with fellow associates on creating efficiency within processes and procedures
• Affiliate with creating and updating company-wide templates for completion of tax returns
• Stay current on tax legislation and communicate updates to the tax management team
• Mentor and train Tax Analysts and Associates, supporting technical and professional growth
• Coordinate department priorities and manage tax compliance calendars

Qualifications

• 4+ years of preparation and review experience of complex, ultra high net worth individual tax returns
• CPA, EA or Master's in Tax preferred, but not required

Pay

Base salary $125,000 - $175,000 DOE
